Premier Global Party（以下「当イベント」）へのご参加にあたり、以下の規約にご同意いただきますようお願いいたします。
予約・お支払い方法ならびにキャンセルポリシーについては、各イベントページまたは予約ページに記載しておりますので、ご予約前に必ずご確認ください。
各イベントで指定されたドレスコードがある場合は、必ずご遵守ください。
イベント当日、会場内にて写真および映像の撮影を行う場合があります。
撮影した素材は、SNSやウェブサイト等に掲載されることがありますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
取得した個人情報は、当イベントの運営目的に限り適切に管理・利用し、法令に基づく場合を除き、第三者への提供は行いません。
会場内での盗難・紛失等について、主催者は一切の責任を負いかねます。貴重品の管理には十分ご注意ください。
予約状況等により、参加人数・参加条件・イベント内容等が変更、またはイベントの中止・延期となる場合があります。あらかじめご了承ください。
イベントの遅延・中断、またはイベント中に得た情報による損害について、当社は一切の責任を負いません。
参加者間または第三者との間で発生したトラブル・紛争（勧誘行為・商取引・金銭トラブルを含む）についても、当社は一切関与いたしません。
これらの理由による返金には一切応じません。
当社は、必要に応じて本規約を追加・変更することがあります。
本規約は2025年1月1日より施行されます。
By participating in Premier Global Party ("the Event"), you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Please review the reservation, payment, and cancellation policy provided on each event page or reservation page before making your reservation.
Participation is limited to guests who meet the eligibility requirements for each event, such as age and occupation.
However, the organizer may allow participation regardless of these requirements if deemed appropriate for the Event.
The organizer also reserves the right to restrict participation when necessary.
Please present a valid photo ID at check-in. Participation will be declined if any false information is found.
Please arrive with sufficient time before the reception opens.
If any disruptive behavior or disputes occur between participants, the organizer may ask the individual(s) to leave the event.
In such cases, no refund will be provided.
If a dress code is specified for an event, all guests are required to follow it.
Photos and videos may be taken during the event.
Please note that these materials may be used on social media, our website, and other promotional channels.
Personal information collected will be managed and used solely for the operation of the Event. Except where required by law, it will not be disclosed to any third party.
The organizer is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings at the venue. Please take proper care of your valuables.
Participant numbers, eligibility requirements, or event content may be changed, or the event may be postponed or canceled, depending on reservation status or other circumstances. Thank you for your understanding.
The Company accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage resulting from delays, interruptions, or information obtained during the Event.
The Company is not involved in any disputes between participants or third parties, including solicitation, commercial transactions, or financial matters.
No refunds will be provided for any of the above reasons.
The Company may revise or amend these Terms as necessary.
These Terms shall take effect on January 1, 2025.
